MGAC is seeking a Project Manager for its Critical Environments team to oversee data center construction projects in Indianapolis, with an initial 1-year Fort Wayne assignment. The role requires relocation support and frequent onsite work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management
• 2+ years managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ambitious, construction and project management-focused, desire to grow in a modern, energetic firm
• 3+ years of electrical PM experience with exposure to high-voltage power distribution, substations, or data center MEP infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects and components of others
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery
• Maintain the client vision as a trusted partner
• Manage invoicing and collection; identify add-services opportunities
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors and teams
• Conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments
