Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Junior to Mid Project Manager (Cost) for Data Center Construction in Fort Wayne, IN. This role requires 4–5 days on site weekly and is part of the Critical Environments team, serving as owner’s representative on complex projects.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in cost management, and experience with data centers or critical environments. Bachelor's/Associate degree in construction preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years in construction cost management.
• 2+ years in managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent construction discipline education.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope and budget.
• Lead project risk management and contingency planning.
• Ensure alignment with client vision as a trusted partner.
