Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Project Manager in Fort Wayne, IN to support Critical Environments, including data centers and hospitals. The role requires 2+ years of construction scheduling experience and a background in ground-up projects, with a strong emphasis on schedule, scope, and risk management.

The position requires local onsite presence 4-5 days per week; you will mentor teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with clients and design professionals to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling, with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• A minimum of 2+ years of P6 scheduling experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling of critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals, etc.)
• Experience in ground-up, vertical construction scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the clients vision as a trusted partner.
