MGAC is hiring a Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager (Electrical) for Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role requires local onsite presence 4–5 days/week and leads critical environments projects, including data centers and hospitals.

You will own project scope, lead teams, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relations. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction PM, a related degree, and strong MEП experience in ground-up builds.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ambitious and growth-focused with a modern, energetic mindset.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage the full scope of projects and components for multiple initiatives.
• Mentor and lead teams, managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain trusted client partnerships and ensure alignment with the client's vision.
