Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for data center construction in Dallas. You will lead field operations on large-scale ground-up projects, ensure safe, on-time delivery, and coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field leadership, a construction management degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, and related construction tech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Directly managing data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field or minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of design, bidding, and execution in commercial construction.
• Cost management and forecasting knowledge.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
