The successful candidate will drive strategic and operational management, develop teams, and manage resources, financials, and compliance across multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on leadership and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large, high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of delivering project management service delivery for clients.
• Experience in major construction sectors including data centers, commercial real estate, life sciences, industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a project management team to deliver on accountabilities.
• Oversee client communications and project management services.
• Conduct market research and produce insights for the construction market.
• Develop strategic and operational management of project management services across sectors.
• Set and execute strategy aligned with the business plan and growth targets.

• Manage knowledge bases, internal tools, and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure quality standards and ISO audit readiness.
