Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a senior strategy and operations leader to scale the data center platform. Reporting to the Head of Global Data Centers - IFM, you will shape strategic priorities, operating models, governance, and enterprise planning across finance, HR, sourcing, and tech, driving disciplined execution in a demanding matrix environment.

You will translate growth ambitions into measurable outcomes, manage initiatives, monitor risks, and ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, enterprise PMO, or platform management.
• Experience influencing senior executives in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong capability in portfolio prioritization, governance, and executive decision support.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic priorities, annual goals, and platform maturity milestones.
• Develop Data Center IFM roadmap with near-term needs and long-term scalability.
• Convert strategy into workstreams with timelines and ownership.
• Provide executive updates on status, risks, and next steps.
• Develop operating model, governance routines, and escalation pathways.
• Track programs across platform priorities and ensure measurable value.
