Job summary

Comp Dynamics is seeking a Partner Development Manager to build and expand our national network of subcontractor and vendor partners across key data center markets in the U.S. You will own the full partner relationship, coordinating with Sales, Estimating, and Operations to ensure partners are ready for bids.

The role requires 5+ years in construction or related fields, strong relationship and CRM skills, and willingness to travel up to 40–50% across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, subcontractor/vendor management, business development, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map partner coverage across markets and trades to close gaps.
• Source, qualify, and build a pipeline of subcontractor partners ahead of demand.
• Own partner relationships and serve as primary owner and escalation point with partners.
• Support estimating and operations with partner coverage and bid timing.
