CoreWeave is seeking an accomplished Director of Data Center Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team and set the technical direction for the global data center portfolio. You will establish design standards, govern Basis of Design, and drive long-term roadmaps across mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil, and controls disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in data center engineering, infra design, construction, commissioning, or operations.
• 8+ years in engineering leadership or people-management role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and controls.
• Strong governance of Basis of Design documents and long-term roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Establish technical vision and strategy for global data center portfolio.
• Govern Basis of Design; update standards and reference designs.
• Develop long-term design roadmaps for future data centers.
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines and with Supply Chain and Construction.
• Provide executive-level options, risk assessments, and recommendations.
