Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to coach others and model CBRE RISE values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect the work performed by engineering staff to ensure complete, functional equipment and prime client space.
• Review monthly service request summaries to identify and address recurrent operational problems.
• Formulate and implement a preventative maintenance program for building machinery and systems.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to meet design specs and environmental conditions.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Assist team with complex repairs, emergencies, and preventive maintenance.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for objectives and contribute to cross-discipline collaboration.
• Coach others to develop deep knowledge across the function; lead by example.
