Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team to meet objectives.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, tasks, and SLAs for PMs and repairs.
• Manage client relationships and communicate with senior management on critical issues.
• Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions.
• Ensure deployments meet standards and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Prepare and present method statements and risk assessments.
• Identify and resolve complex operational issues to drive improvements.
• Model CBRE's RISE values in daily leadership and service delivery.
