Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Vendor management and coordination in the data center.
• Develop and enforce best practices for DC operations.
• Provide technical assistance during internal and customer calls.
• Develop hardware installation plans for the data center.
• Escalate incidents to upper management as needed.
• Participate in new business opportunities and IT projects.
• Investigate and deploy new hardware technologies.
• Manage hardware inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Analyze trends for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and audit the CMDB; support installations and troubleshooting.
