Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting in a Data Center environment.
• Experience in a raised floor enterprise‑scale data center.
• Ability to consistently lift, carry, push, pull items as much as 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center standards and comply with client SLA’s for uptime.
• Perform regular walk throughs and note problems for resolution.
• Mentor and train other hardware services associates.
