Job summary

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Blythewood DC

Duties: Vendor management. Development and adherence to best practices in the data center (DC).

Technical assistance during internal and customer calls.

Developing hardware installation plans in the DC.

Escalating incidents to upper management. Involvement in new business opportunities.

Investigation and implementation of new hardware technologies.

Managing hardware inventory and coordinating with vendors. Analyzing trends for continuous improvement.

Maintaining and auditing the CMDB. Supporting hardware installation and troubleshooting.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Associate degree in IT and 2 years of experience. Desirable certifications: CCNA and/or A+. Skills:

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Hardware Team Objectives: 24/7/365 support. Planning and executing hardware installations and changes in the data center. Managing inventory and conducting audits. Resolving technical issues and supporting clients and auditors.
