Job summary

Atos North America is seeking a hardware-focused team member to manage vendor relationships and drive data center hardware installations. The role includes planning installations, coordinating with vendors, and providing technical assistance during internal and customer calls.

The candidate will maintain CMDB integrity, analyze trends for improvement, and support clients and auditors while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate degree in IT and 2 years of experience.
  • Desirable certifications: CCNA and/or A+.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor management.
  • Development and adherence to best practices in the data center (DC).
  • Technical assistance during internal and customer calls.
  • Developing hardware installation plans in the DC.
  • Escalating incidents to upper management.
  • Involvement in new business opportunities.
  • Investigation and implementation of new hardware technologies.
  • Managing hardware inventory and coordinating with vendors.
  • Analyzing trends for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining and auditing the CMDB.
  • Supporting hardware installation and troubleshooting.
