Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Can bend or twist the body into unusual positions while working.
• Can use hands to manipulate small wires and objects.
• Can walk on job sites in uneven terrain.
• Can work at heights and from ladders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal SLAs.
• Perform limited maintenance tasks (filters, HVAC PMs, rack power installs).
• Provide support to Data Center Operations technicians.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Adhere to safety procedures while performing work.
• Work 12-hour shifts (rotating days/nights).
• Take daily readings of equipment temperatures, voltages, currents.
• Use CMMS to manage workflows and inventory.
• Supervise servicing contractors and respond to on-call emergencies.
