Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Data Center Analyst for a contract role in Las Vegas, NV. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade and decommission server, storage and network hardware to support daily data center operations.

Responsibilities include equipment installation, diagnostics, asset management and documentation, with focus on reliability and process improvements. Strong understanding of server, storage and networking hardware is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of server, storage and networking hardware.
• Knowledge of operating systems.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Structured troubleshooting methodology.
• Data center experience preferred.
• Technical certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade and decommission server, storage and network hardware.
• Support infrastructure reliability, incident prevention and process improvements.
• Maintain asset management and documentation; troubleshoot across hardware, OS, applications and network connectivity.
