Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including hardware upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting

• Assist with inventory management, including tracking and organizing equipment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Support senior technicians with deployments, diagnostics, and repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of data center spaces
• Coordinate with network, systems, and facilities teams as needed
• Participate in on-call rotations or shift work to support 24/7 operations
