Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of all operation, maintenance, and modification tasks for critical building systems.
• Complete planned and ad-hoc preventive maintenance with input from engineering, mechanical, and maintenance trades.
• Perform periodic inspections of HVAC, electrical distribution, and life-safety systems and maintain clean equipment rooms.
• Provide rapid response to indoor emergencies and air quality concerns.
• Create, close, and track work requests; initiate or respond to work orders and verify completion.
