Job summary

Salute is a leading provider of cutting-edge Data Center Infrastructure Services and seeks a Data Center Site Manager to lead operations at a high-availability data center. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems, maintain uptime, and coordinate with engineering and vendors to deliver service levels.

You will manage a team of technicians, control budgets and schedules, and drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while reporting to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining data center equipment and building systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Ability to observe, analyze, and solve complex operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency and maintain uptime targets.
• Lead and manage a high-performing site team and their development.
• Manage site budgets, payments, and payroll-related activities.
• Oversee datacenter site services, resources, and deployment for the client.
• Coordinate with internal groups to meet service levels and drive improvements.
• Analyze operations, initiate corrective actions, and maintain safety and compliance.
