Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in facilities management/building services; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data centre operations to ensure systems run smoothly.
• Coordinate maintenance with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage space allocation and layouts for efficient use of facilities.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and risks are mitigated.
