Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the 24x7 operations of one or more Phoenix facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of increased responsibility and oversight of building systems and critical facilities equipment.
• Professional electrical and mechanical licenses are strongly preferred.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents, AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
• Ability to project manage effectively and develop installation standards and project tracking documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of facility technicians and support staff, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee 24x7 operations to ensure safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in hiring, training, and managing operations personnel on site.
• Manage preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance scheduling.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on facility performance metrics.
