Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team in Goodyear, AZ with Data Center experience. You will lead all aspects of assigned construction projects, from setup through commissioning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar, 2+ years PM experience, proficiency with MS Project or P6, and familiarity with CSA/MEP disciplines. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a similar field.
• 2+ years of project management experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• Data Center and General Contractor experience preferred; CSA/MEP construction management required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PM tools (MS Project or P6).
• Knowledge of Procore software preferred.
• Travel may be required and could grow; English reading/writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects from setup to closeout.
• Develop budgets and schedules; oversee RFPs and pre-bid planning.
• Coordinate design and construction phases; manage contractors.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and safety performance.
• Coordinate and deliver project turnover to operations; report monthly/quarterly.
