Job summary

ValorC3 Data Centers in Boise, ID, is seeking a Data Center Operations Specialist for part-time on-site support to maintain uptime and assist clients. You’ll triage incidents, monitor infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering and vendor partners using our ticketing system.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and shift coverage Thursday 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Friday–Sunday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 28 hours per week. Competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to participate in monthly trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical and operational support to internal teams and external partners.
• Conduct hourly physical building patrols and monitor CCTV for access points.
• Continuously monitor data center infrastructure using standard and custom tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues; document tickets.
