Job summary

TierPoint LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide high quality customer service and support internal and external communications in a fast-paced data center setting.

This role is Regular Full-Time, with Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm hours, and includes coordinating meetings, shipments, and monitoring security cameras while escalating urgent issues to senior staff.

• Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Coordinates meetings between different departments internally as well as external meetings
• Responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing shipments
• Monitor security cameras
• Other duties as assigned.
