You will oversee power, cooling, networking, and hardware deployments to ensure near-perfect uptime, while coordinating with AI specialists and external vendors.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in data center operations and 3+ years of leadership, with strong experience in server hardware, data center technologies, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations ensuring 99.999% uptime for AI compute systems
• Lead and develop a team of Data Center Operations Technicians
• Manage hardware lifecycles, incidents, and inventory
• Coordinate with technicians, AI specialists, and vendors
• Champion energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives
• Track uptime, power efficiency, and incident metrics
• Lead emergencies with clear direction to protect systems
• Standardize processes with vendors and Jira workflows
• Collaborate with leadership to align with growth plans
