Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations or similar critical environments.
• 3+ years managing technical teams.
• Solid expertise in server hardware, cabling, and data center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Operations: manage power, cooling, networking, and hardware deployments to ensure 99.999% uptime.
• Guide Your Team: lead and develop a team of Data Center Operations Technicians.
• Streamline Processes: manage hardware lifecycles, incident resolution, and inventory.
• Coordinate between technicians, AI specialists, and external vendors.
• Drive sustainable solutions and energy efficiency across compute workloads.
• Measure success with uptime and efficiency metrics, reporting to leadership.
• Handle emergencies with clear direction to protect AI systems.
• Optimize operations with Jira workflows and vendor coordination.
