Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in a technology-based customer support and data center operations environment.
• Ability to coordinate projects and programs to ensure quality, scope, and cost alignment.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others and exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for maintenance activities.

• Ability to manage multiple teams, some remote locations.
• Assist with new hire interviewing and staff development.
