Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Manager in Lynnwood, WA to lead preventative maintenance and repair services for a key client data center. You will guide a high-performing team to guarantee operational uptime and drive continuous improvement in a critical environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leadership: Proven background in team staffing, development, coaching, and performance management.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex information and manage expectations.
• Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team.
• Operational Management: coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: manage client relationships, meet MSA requirements, and communicate effectively with senior management on critical issues.
• Infrastructure Assurance: Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with all standards.
• Quality & Standards: Verify pristine data hall conditions, ensure all deployments meet industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Risk & Methodologies: Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve complex operational issues, contributing to process enhancements.
• Values Alignment: Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
