Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technology Operations Manager to oversee a team responsible for hardware installations, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting in a Data Center environment. The role sits within the Critical and Technical Services function, focusing on technical maintenance in client environments.

The manager will lead staffing, training, and performance reviews, drive quality and productivity, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to CBRE policies and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality and customer service standards.
• Lead and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities; manage schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare budgets and monitor inventory and expenditures.
• Identify problems and implement effective solutions.
