• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure and maintain high availability.
• Manage on-site teams of 24x7 technicians, subcontractors and vendors ensuring safety and quality.
• Drive safety culture and compliance within the team.
• Hire, coach, and career-develop team members and maintain morale.
• Manage operations budget and expenditures and drive improvement projects.
• Act as escalation point for facilities-related issues across critical systems.
• Respond to out-of-hours emergency calls.
• Support multiple locations/sites as needed.
• Assist in new facilities build-outs and efficiency projects.
