Oracle is seeking a Datacenter Services Operations leader to drive high-availability infrastructure, overseeing hardware maintenance, network configuration, and continuous improvement across regions.

The role partners with engineering, capacity, networking, and security teams, mentoring staff while shaping standards for change activities, incident response, and compliance. Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees lifecycle management for servers and components with standard diagnosis, replacement, and performance validation without impacting critical workloads.
• Coaches teams on advanced power distribution practices and complex hardware interventions; validates that work meets reliability, safety, and SLA objectives.
• Leads planning, risk assessment, and governance for large-scale network builds and migrations; validates architecture, cabling, and end-to-end connectivity.
• Owns the escalation queue and triage, directing complex investigations, establishing fix-forward plans, and ensuring high-quality documentation of resolutions within SLAs.
• Governs adherence to SOPs/MOPs and site rules for high-risk work; ensures alignment with security controls and audit requirements; maintains thorough change records.
