Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in New Albany, OH seeks a Data Center Supervisor II for the Dock – A-Shift (6:00AM–2:30PM). The role supervises dept. supervisors, material handlers, and team leads, coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory controls to meet client SLAs.

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–6 years in material handling with 3+ years in supervision. The base pay range is $80,000–$90,000 annually. Candidates must pass background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations, with at least 3 years supervisory experience in Data Center Support Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates activities of dept. supervisors and team leads in shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and maintaining records.
• Forecasts and schedules all Support dept. activity with client and other agencies.
• Provides real-time information on work in progress and any work stoppages affecting SLAs.
• Trains supervisors and associates in server installation, tool usage, and related best practices.
