Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. in Dallas, TX, seeks an experienced Facility Operations Manager to sustain 100% uptime for data center services. You will lead process development, review MOPs and SOPs, and oversee power, HVAC, and network readiness for customer projects.

The role requires 7+ years in data center facility ops, strong leadership, and solid communication skills. You will present technical briefings, manage safety and ISO standards, and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Facility Operations and management experience in the Data center industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent training, education and experience.
• Experience with environmental and safety regulations and ISO standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000).
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives process and procedure in the organization.
• Develop and review MOPs and SOPs.
• Ensures correct and on time implementation of solutions for customer applications, including preparation of space, power, and network.
• Prepares and presents technical presentations on the facility.
• Responsible for all technical aspects of facility operations including power and HVAC systems.
• Monthly reporting and metrics.
• Provides technical support to insure successful customer integration and implementation of company solutions.
• Handles all facility issues encountered during day to day operations to ensure 100% uptime for facility operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
