Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more data centers and manage site portfolio.
• Lead performance monitoring across capacity, temperature, availability, cleanliness.
• Manage incidents, escalate when needed, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate expansion projects, site builds, and liaison with engineering teams.
• Direct installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics for data centers.
• Plan and execute tasks, delegate work, and ensure timelines.
• Collaborate across the organization to align objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Participate in talent development and candidate assessment within teams.
