Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Data Center Site Portfolio Manager to oversee one or more data centers, monitor performance trends, and drive improvements in power, cooling, and operations. You will lead incident response, manage escalations, and coordinate expansion projects with cross-functional teams to ensure capacity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Leads Data Center Site Portfolio Management for one or more data centers.
• Instigates performance trend analyses on capacity, temperature, availability, and cleanliness.
• Monitors facility health (power, cooling, security) and drives major enhancements.
• Leads on-the-ground incidents, communicates execution, and escalates complex issues.
• Implements advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate problems.
• Documents issues, processes, and solutions for a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Executes incident/crisis management per business continuity plans.
• Leads expansion projects and site builds, coordinating with project teams.
• Oversees installations, repairs, inventory, logistics, and component upgrades.
• Plans rack deployments and network infrastructure upgrades and ensures proactive facility maintenance.
• Manages and coordinates moderately complex tasks and timelines across multiple projects.
• Collaborates across the organization to align on expectations and objectives.
• Identifies and addresses moderately complex issues and documents problem-solving strategies.
• Pursues continuous learning and mentors junior team members.
