Oracle is seeking an experienced Data Center Operations professional to independently manage one or more data centers in the U.S. You will lead performance analyses, monitor facility health, and drive significant improvements across regions.

You will oversee incidents, automation, and expansions, coordinating across teams to ensure reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities include installations, maintenance, and lifecycle upgrades, with a focus on power, cooling, security, and uptime.

• Ability to monitor and optimize data center performance.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Site Portfolio Management: oversee one or more data centers.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: track capacity, temperature, availability, and cleanliness; drive improvements.
• Issue Management and Automation: lead incident response and implement automation to mitigate problems.
• Data Center Expansion Support: manage new region builds and site expansions with cross-functional teams.
• Installation and Maintenance: supervise installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics.
• Core Responsibilities: planning, collaboration, problem solving, continuous learning and improvement.
