Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Data Center Facility Manager to lead the critical physical infrastructure of our data centers. You will supervise 24x7 engineering teams, coordinate with vendors, and drive improvement projects while maintaining safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management with 5+ direct reports.
• 7+ years in data center or mission-critical environment or equivalent military/training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians.
• Engage in improvement projects and drive them from conception to completion.
• Coordinate daily with third-party vendors and ensure SLAs.
• Manage operations budget and expenditures.
• Serve as after-hours on-call for regional data centers.
