Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Facilities Technical Manager in Reno, NV to lead development and implementation of best-in-class technical operational processes and procedures for our data center clients. You will ensure 100% uptime and meet client SLAs while shaping technical approaches and managing vendor contracts.

You will drive continuous improvement in data center operations, review critical facilities documentation, and lead by example to adopt best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes.
• Experience providing strategic and operational support across a data center portfolio.
• Knowledge of high-risk emergency operating procedures and data center standards.
• Familiarity with commissioning standards and operations documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support across the local data center portfolio.
• Continually evaluate and improve technical operational processes and procedures.
• Review, comment on, and approve High-Risk emergency operating procedures for clients.
• Manage technical library content and structure to ensure global accessibility and relevance.
• Audit processes and procedures (PPM system, reporting, statutory files) to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Review operational procedural documents from commissioning documentation and site drawings.
• Review critical facilities operation procedural documents based on commissioning documentation and site drawings.
• Execute operational and performance risk assessments.
• Work with the Operations Team to develop, track, and maintain procedures and policies.
• Lead by example, embodying CoreWeave values, and influence others to adopt best practices.
• Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems with a broad understanding of departmental impact.
• Drive improvements and changes to existing methods, processes, and standards within the technical discipline.
