Job summary

Galaxy Digital Inc. in the United States seeks a seasoned Data Center Business Operations Manager to design and run enterprise-level operating standards across locations.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other functions to translate requirements into practical processes and to lead Workplace Services programs such as fleet, uniforms, and culinary services. This role balances strategy with hands-on implementation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, program management, or PMO roles.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable operating processes across teams/functions/locations.
• Experience developing enterprise standards, operating procedures, governance frameworks, and playbooks.
• Strong understanding of how operations interact with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions.
• Experience building or managing Workplace Services programs (fleet, uniforms, transportation, culinary services, etc.).
• PMP or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-level business operations processes, procedures, workflows, governance standards, templates, tools, and operating expectations.
• Establish and maintain consistent standards for information organization, taxonomy, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
• Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks for consistent cross-department execution across locations.
• Identify recurring friction and gaps, implementing scalable solutions.
• Create documentation, training, and implementation guidance for Project Managers and business teams.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of processes and standards and drive continuous improvement.
