Qualifications

• Must be or become a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 877 AFL-CIO.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and operate mechanical, electrical and power systems in a critical environment.
• Operate systems safely and in compliance with government regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Learn building control, electrical and UPS systems through on-the-job training and documentation.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance, equipment rounds and service requests.
• Maintain time and production records and customer service requests.
