Job summary

JLL is hiring an Operating Engineer in Richardson, TX to perform routine and complex maintenance on critical building systems. The role requires a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, plus universal CFC certification and union training acceptance.

Qualifications

• Union training and certification acceptable.
• Must have Universal CFC certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifesafety, and building management systems).
• Operate and supervise 3rd party contractors for safe, compliant operation and maintenance of critical systems.
• Respond to emergencies and manage Building Management System consoles to ensure reliable operation.
