Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to support our Data Center construction programs. You will own OFCI equipment execution, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedules, while holding suppliers accountable and surfacing reliability insights to leadership.

The role requires collaboration with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittals and deviations, with a focus on mitigating schedule risks and delivering value in a dynamic

Qualifications

Proven experience in supply chain management for large-scale construction or data center projects.
Strong knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes and delivery tracking.
Exceptional verbal and written communication with suppliers and executives.
Proactive problem-solving to implement recovery plans under tight deadlines.
Experience with Google Workspace is preferred.
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end OFCI equipment execution from post-award to site delivery.
Hold suppliers accountable to production timelines and provide data-driven leadership insights.
Identify schedule risks early and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays.
