Job summary

Iron Mountain in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our Data Center construction team. You will oversee the OFCI equipment execution, ensure alignment with project schedules, and manage supplier performance to protect the construction critical path.

You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to review submittals, drive timely deviations resolution, and implement recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management for large-scale construction or data center projects.
• Knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes and the ability to track complex delivery schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication with suppliers and senior management.
• Proactive problem-solving with recovery plans and handling deviations under deadlines.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution for OFCI equipment post-award through final site delivery.
• Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments.
• Identify schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans, and escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations on submittals and deviations.
