Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead OFCI equipment execution for our Data Center construction initiatives. You will manage supplier performance, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration to protect the critical path.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in large-scale construction or data center projects, with knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing and strong problem-solving and communication skills. US citizenship is required and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management for large-scale construction or data center projects.
• Knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing and ability to track complex delivery schedules; chillers, generators, switchboards preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills to interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
• Proactive mindset to implement recovery plans and manage technical deviations under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Google Suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OFCI equipment execution from post-award through final site delivery, aligning with schedules.
• Hold suppliers accountable to production timelines and provide data-driven leadership insights.
• Identify schedule risks early and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations on submittals and deviation management.
