Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager to lead the execution, tracking, and supplier management of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment for Data Center construction projects. You will ensure long-lead equipment is manufactured and delivered on schedule to protect the critical path.

You will coordinate with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations, hold suppliers accountable to timelines, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management for large-scale construction or data center projects.
• Knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing and ability to track complex delivery schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interface with suppliers and senior management.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to implement recovery plans under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Suite of products preferred.
• US citizenship required.

Supply Chain Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our Data Center construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, tracking, and supplier management of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment. You will ensure that critical long‑lead equipment is manufactured and delivered in alignment with project schedules to protect the construction critical path.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post‑award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready‑for‑service schedules.
• Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data‑driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends.
• Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and elevate critical issues to leadership in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittal reviews and resolve deviation management quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically supporting large‑scale construction or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of long‑lead equipment manufacturing processes and ability to track complex delivery schedules. Knowledge of chillers, generators, and switchboards preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with the ability to implement recovery plans and manage technical deviations under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Suite of products preferred.
• US citizenship required.

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00
