Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Team Leader to oversee night-shift operations at our Texas facilities. The role requires hands-on data center experience, leading engineers, and managing cooling, power redundancy, and uptime commitments to protect client assets.

You will drive maintenance programs, coordinate with vendors, and coach teams to meet CBRE's operational standards while aligning with RISE values and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of supervisory experience in related roles.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing stairs/ladders.
• Willingness to adapt to new approaches and perspectives.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic math for metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering staff ensuring work is complete and equipment is functional.
• Review service summaries to identify recurring issues and address them.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for building systems.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for proper operation and conditions.
• Estimate time/materials for repairs and manage inventory.
