Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry loads up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing vendor networks.
• Willingness to adapt and implement new approaches in a critical data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect the work performed by engineering staff to ensure full functionality and client space readiness.
• Review monthly service request summaries to identify recurring operational problems.
• Formulate and implement a preventative maintenance program for equipment and systems.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for design and environmental compliance.
• Estimate time and materials for repairs; manage inventory and material orders.
• Assist team with complex repairs, emergencies, and preventive maintenance.
• Coach others and develop expertise across multiple disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values across multi-discipline teams.
