Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT required.
• Experience as Network Support Engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, and basic debugging.
• Familiar with Linux OS and network tools.
• Certs such as CCNA/CCNP are a plus.
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Travel to data center locations across the U.S. for on-site support.
