Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in maintenance & operation at an IDC or Network Center.
• Ability to analyze and monitor system health and respond to alerts.
• Understanding of ITIL-based configuration and change management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and reliability of multiple data centers.
• Install, configure and upgrade network infrastructure.
• Perform monitoring and troubleshooting of enterprise servers.
• Assist in data center migrations and capacity planning.
